Many of our guests ask about the story behind PaSeafic (pronounced Pacific). The name is not merely a play on words; it is a tapestry of identity, heritage, and purpose.
“Pa” represents my husband, Patrick. It also reflects my own identity as a Pacific Islander, shaped by coastal ancestry and a lifelong bond with the ocean. We are united by a shared love for the sea. Patrick is drawn to its vastness and its shakti (शक्ति)—an enduring symbolism of courage, movement, and resilience that we strive to embody in everything we do.
“Seafic” honors my beginnings in the coastal lands of Surigao. Facing the great Pacific Ocean shaped not only my childhood but my character. Growing up by the sea made me a voyager at heart—a natural risk-taker, unapologetically resilient, and unafraid to stand firm. These qualities continue to guide our vision for this retreat.
Our worldview is shaped by the meeting of different horizons. Patrick brings a lineage of Italian, Spanish, and French heritage—cultures rich in history, refinement, and a deep respect for the art of living. Together, having lived and traveled across the Atlantic, the Mediterranean, Africa, and Europe, we have come to see the world’s oceans not merely as landscapes, but as legacies.
At The PaSeafic, we bring this global perspective to the Philippine coast. We offer a space where diverse cultures and communities intersect, creating a sanctuary that feels both worldly and deeply local.
We believe a home should be a dialogue with its environment. In our vibrant, tropical climate, we have moved away from conventional development to focus on environmental stewardship.
The PaSeafic Apartelle is designed as a cozy and comfortable home away from home that breathes. By utilizing bioclimatic principles, we embrace the heat and humidity of the islands to create a restorative refuge. Surrounded by crystalline white sands and lush greenery, our property is built with environmental responsibility and regulatory integrity at its core.
